	Alterations on Engineered Lace Patterns In most cases, ready-made curtains can be shortened. Our ready-made lace curtains are engineered and are actually created on the lace machines to size, with borders, scalloped bottoms and decorative sides. Panels can be shortened by making adjustments at the rod pocket and header to keep their beautiful bottom scallops intact.
	Lace Yardage: Most often used for Valances and/or Tiers Cut lace by the yard is simply cut off the bolt. We sell it by the foot. (12 inches). If the lace has weave-through rod holes, we will make sure that there are an even number of them. If you need the sides sewn, we can sew them for you. View Lace Yardage Selections.

	Door Panels and Sidelights: Most of our door panels and sidelights can be custom to any length you may require. There are a few patterns that we can only do shorter than the longest available. 	Drapery Lace: Yardage, Curtains & Draperies Curtains and draw draperies for traverse rods can be custom made using a selection from our Drapery Laces. These laces are made to guarantee proper hang, color fastness, and easy machine washing. You may also purchase the yardage to make your own draperies or curtains.
