Checks may delay shipment of your order. Please make a note to
check with us about 7 days after mailing your check or money order to make sure
we have received it. Please make sure we have a telephone number and/or email.

personal checks and money orders.
International Customers:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, & American Express.
We cannot accept International Money Orders.
International customers can select UPS (United Parcel Service) or
International Express (Mail). We like the Express Mail because we have some tracking. Shipments outside the USA will have higher shipping costs. Shipping charges are by weight and postal code. Your order will be adjusted accordingly. Please email if you want to confirm shipping costs.

The customer
is responsible for the monetary exchange rate and any fees, such as duty, that
may be charged at delivery, which is beyond our control.
Shipping
We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for most of our shipping to ensure you of fast and
reliable delivery. USPS Priority Mail
must be used for APO, FPO's and PO Boxes. It is recommended for Alaska
and Hawaii. USA customers may choose either on the order form. Other routing is
available upon request. Shipping charges for the USA are as follows:

Each pattern has an estimated delivery on the pattern page. If there
will be any variation from the expected lead times noted on the pattern pages, we will notify you as
soon as the revised delivery is established.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your
purchase.

if you need to make a return.
Please notify us within 20 days of receiving your order.
We offer a 20 day refund or exchange
on any item that is not "cut-to-order" or custom in any other way.
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless it is an error on our part.
We
are very particular about the quality of our lace. Merchandise must be
in perfect condition for us to sell to another customer. There will be
a 20% restocking fee for merchandise not returned in salable condition,
and/or packaging is damaged or missing. Please treat the
lace and packaging
carefully.
There will be fees charged if we agree to accept a return when notified past 20 days.
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number to
use for returning your order.
